Skripta etika podnikání seznamují čtenáře s problematikou etiky a morálky a jejími projevy v oblasti podnikatelských subjektů. Přibližuje obecné problémy etiky a uvádí několik příkladů formulování východisek našeho jednání důsledků z nich plynoucích. Dále odvozuje etiku podnikání jako svébytný samostatný obor a přibližuje jeho vývoj.

The book "Businness ethic" can be split into three basic topics. The first one deals with the problems of ethic itself and tries to define the space of ethic. The second one deduce the businness ethic from the ethic itself and describes the evolution of the businness ethic. The last one presents so-called "case studies".
