Abstract
Předmětem článku jsou pozitiva a negativa outsourcingu. Outsourcing je velmi úzce spojen s decentralizačním trendem. Mnoho podniků považuje outsourcing za způsob, jak se vyrovnat s neustálými dynamickými změnami prostředí, ve kterém se podnik nachází. V současné době je velmi "moderní" outsourcovat některé z činností podniku, ale podniky by si měly uvědomit i negativa, která jsou s outsourcingem spojena.
Abstract (in English)
The object of this essay is outsourcing and its negatives and positives. Outsourcing is closely associated with a trend towards decentralization. Many companies can consider outsourcing as a way of coming around with dynamical and neverending changes in enterpreneurial enviroment. It is very "fashionable" to outsource some activities of a company. But companies should realize very thoroughly, which activities can be outsourced, realize the negatives and positives connected with outsourcing.
