V originále
The aim of the study was the comparison of body and circulatory parameters in healthy subjects (C), and subjects who were previously treated for a malignant tumour (T) with respect to plasmatic lipids in T group. The T group had increased parasympathetic and decreased sympathetic tonic activity, and decreased baroreflex senstitivity than C. The increased variability of heart rate could be explain by an increase of parasympathetic tonic control of the heart. The cirulatory changes did not bear on obesity, but they were rather specific effect of antitumour treatment.
In Czech
Cílem studie bylo porovnat tělesné a cirkulační prametry mezi zdravými (K) osobami a dětmi, které prodělaly v minulosti protinádorovou (T) terapii, s ohledem na hladiny plazmatických lipidů. Skupina T má zvýšenou parasympatickou aktivitu a sníženou sympatickou tonickou aktivitu a sníženou citlivost batoreflexu (BRS).
