Anotace

Autorka shrnuje důvody, proč je léčba deprese tak důležitá a podává přehled nových antidepresiv. Proměnné související s volbou antidepresiva dělí a proměnné související s lékem (účinnost, snášenlivost, bezpečnost) a proměnné související s nemocným. K posledně jmenovaným řadí věk, pohlaví, různé podtypy deprese, symptomatologii, komorbiditu se somatickým a psychickým onemocněním.V blízké budoucnosti bude možno využít i genetické informace. Ke správné volbě antidperesiva pro konkrétního nemocného je nezbytné mít znalosti o dostupných antidepresivech a detailně zhodnotit psychický stav nemocného, včetně dynamiky onemocnění a farmakologické anamnézy.

The autho summarises the reasons why the depressive disorder and its treatment is so important a she shows the list of new antidperessants. The variables associated with the choice of antidepressants are divided into variables connected with the drug (efficacy, tolerability, safety) and variables connected with the patient. There are included age and sex of patient, symptoms, subtypes of depression, comorbidity with psychc and somatic diosrder. In the near future the genetic information will aslo be used. It is necessary for the good choice of antidepressant for the right patient to have konwledge about antidepresants that are available and to assess carefully the psychic state including dynamic of the disorder and pharmacological history.
