V originále
90 patinets with first-episode schizophrenia were evaluated using the Neurological Evaluation Scale (including 4 components) during the index hospitalisation and they were reevaluated after one year.Neurological soft signs were present in 73% of the patients (defined as one NES item rated 2). Somne components of neurological dysfunction have shown dynamic changes partially connected with pharmacotherapy.
