New approach for charge derivatisation of peptides using osmium tetroxide-bipyridine (Os,bipy) is reported. The derivatisation changes Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption-Ionisation Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) Post-Source Decay (PSD) spectra.
