Abstract
Na modelu izolovaných perfundovaných jater bylo našim úkolem objasnit vliv metamfetaminu na metabolickou aktivitu CYP2D1/2. Metamfetamin byl aplikován v šesti dávkách 10., 20., 30. a 40. mg/kg.
Abstract (in English)
This study was aimed to ascertain the effect of sub-chronic (10., 20., 30. a 40. mg/kg; 6 days) methamphetamine administration on metabolic activity of CYP2D1/2.
