Abstract
Ve studii byly sledovány změny chování po aplikaci provokující dávky metamfetaminu u myší v testu open field, když jim předtím byl opakovaně podáván buď metamfetamin, nebo ligandy kanabinoidních receptorů, agonista metanandamid nebo antagonista AM-251.
Abstract (in English)
In this study we observed changes in behaviour of mice after challenge dose of methamphetamine in open field test, that were previously repeatedly applicated with ligands of cannabinoid receptors, agonist methanandamide or antagonist AM-251.
