Abstract

Náš výzkum u adolescentů se týká vztahu mezi zdůvodněním a řešením morálního dilematu a percipovanou odpovědností. Výběrový soubor tvořilo celkem 213 adolescentů (108 dívek a 105 chlapců, téměř 92% ve věku 15 - 17 let). Respondenti měli uvést tři situace, v nichž oni nebo někdo jiný vykonal něco dobrého/zlého. V úvahu byly brány jen ty výpovědi, v nichž bylo popisováno vlastní jednání. Dále posuzovali osm různých zdůvodnění morálního dilematu interrupce, polovina položek vyjadřovala souhlas s interrupcí, druhá polovina jej odmítala. Adolescenti popisovali nejčastěji své dobré a špatné jednání vůči specifickým osobám jako jsou rodiče, vrstevníci, staří lidé či neurčitá osoba, tj. vztahovali se k objektu odpovědnosti. Anebo zdůrazňovali vnitřní pravidlo, podle něhož hodnotili své jednání jako dobré nebo špatné. Z našich výsledků vyplývá, že rozdíly v řešení morálního dilematu jsou dány spíše obecným názorem nežli úrovní morálního zdůvodnění. Zjistili jsme, že popis dobrého a/nebo zlého činu vůči neurčité osobě u dívek a popis zlého činu vůči matce a otci u chlapců vedl k nižšímu souhlasu s interrupcí. Oproti tomu, popis zlého jednání vůči kamarádovi u chlapců vedl k vyššímu souhlasu s interrupcí.

Abstract (in English)

Our research carried out in adolescents refers to the effect of moral dilemma's reasoning on perceived responsibility. A sample consisted of 213 participants (108 girls and 105 boys, almost 92% aged between 15 -17 years). They should name at least three situations in which they or somebody else did something good/bad. We have focused solely on statements in which participants described their own behavior. There was also used a moral dilemma concerning the abortion with eight alternative solutions: four of them justified the abortion and four gave reasons against it. The results showed that our participants described their good and bad action towards specific people (as parents, friends, old or unknown persons), i.e. they mentioned the object of responsibility. Or they emphasised an internal rule according to which they understood their behavior as good or bad. From our results follows that the differences in solving of the moral dilemma of abortion are influenced by general opinion rather than the level of moral reasoning. We found out that girls describing good and/or bad action towards unknown persons as well as boys describing bad action towards mother and father showed less agreement with abortion. In comparison with this, boys describing bad action towards friend indicated higher agreement with abortion.
