Abstract
Iontové proudy zodpovědné za frekvenčně závislé změny konfigurace akčního napětí (AN) byly identifikovány metodou vnuceného AN. Postupnému prodlužování AN během obnovené stimulace o frekvenci 2,5 Hz po intervalu klidu (60 s) v kontrolních podmínkách odpovídá postupný pokles náboje neseného Ito. V přítomnosti ajmalinu odpovídá klesající amplitudě AN během obnovené stimulace po pauze pokles náboje neseného INa.
Abstract (in English)
The changes in ionic currents related to the rate-dependent changes of the configuration of action potential (AP) waveform were identified by the AP voltage clamp method. In control, the AP duration increases during stimulation (2.5 Hz) after a period of rest (60 s). It is caused by gradual decline of Ito. In the presence of ajmaline (30 mikroM), the decreasing AP amplitude is caused by gradual decline of INa.
