Abstract
Newly designed magnetic nonporous poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate) - P(HEMA-co-EDMA), poly(glycidyl methacrylate) - PGMA and P(HEMA-co-GMA) microspheres carrying carboxyl groups were used for isolation of genomic DNA. Microspheres were prepared by radical dispersion copolymerization of respective monomers in the presence of colloidal iron oxides. DNA isolated from bacterial cells of Bifidobacterium longum by magnetic microspheres was used for PCR testing.

Nově vyvíjené magnetické neporézní mikročátice na bázi poly(2-hydroxyethyl methakrylát-ko-ethylen dimethakrylátu) -P(HEMA-co-EDMA), poly(glycidyl methakrylátu) - PGMA a P(HEMA-co-GMA), obsahující karboxylové skupiny,byly použity pro izolaci genomové DNA. Mikročástice bylybyly připraveny radikálovou disperzní kopolymerizací monomerů v přítomnosti koloidních oxidů železa.Pro pCR aplikace byla použita DNA izolovaná z bakteriálních buněk Bifidobacterium longum.
