Abstract
Cílové hodnoty krevního tlaku pod 140/90 mmHg dosahuje v ČR jen asi 38% léčených pacientů. Monoterapie snižuje hodnoty diastolického tlaku o 4-8 mmHg, systolického tlaku o 7-13 mmHg, vede k normalizaci asi u 50% léčených. Kombinační léčba je mnohem efektivnější, snižuje hodnoty diastolického tlaku o 7-14 mmHg, systolického tlaku o 12-22 mmHg. Vede k normalizaci tlaku u 80% hypertoniků.
Abstract (in English)
The target values of blood pressure below 140/90 mmHg is still attained in only around 38% of treated patients. Monotherapy lowers diastolic blood pressure by 4-8 mmHg, and systolic blood pressure by 7-13 mmHg. Normalization is attained in about 50% of those treated. Combined therapy is much more effective, it lowers diastolic blood pressure by 7-14 mmHg, and systolic blood pressure by 12-22 mmHg. Normalization is attained in 80% of hypertonic patients.
