Abstract

V originále

The article shows reasons for using gaming simulation in management courses. Gaming simulation methods are compared with "traditional" educational methods and advantages of gaming simulation are shown. It is shown, based on the years long experience, that suitably arranged economic conditions within the simulation lead to development of cooperation of the participants. Participants themselves set their goals, divide their duties, voluntarily take corresponding roles and seek efficient methods of their work. Apart from factual knowledge, participants gain and develop especially individual abilities and skills together with synergistic behavior of the whole team, which can thus successfully face new challenges in dynamically changing entrepreneurial behavior.
