Abstract
A new four-step synthesis of substituted 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)benzothiazoles is described, using N -phenyl-1H-indole-3-carbothioamides as key intermediates. The structure of the obtained products was determined by IR, H, C NMR and MS spectral methods.
