The publication dissert upon dynamic modification with fluorometric detection for separation of microorganisms by capillary zone electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing.
Abstract (in Czech)
Publikace se zabývá možností využití kapilární zónové elektroforézy a izoelektrické fokusace pro separaci a identifikaci mikroorganizmů. Pro větší citlivost detekce byly bakteriální vzorky dynamicky modifikovány pyren-máselnou kyselinou.
