Abstract

The paper analyses principal relations of macroeconomic development and institutional aspects of social policy in the context of integration trends of the last decade and in the process of transformation. It examines particularly common and specific features of the transformation process with regard to economic performance related to social policy. In the field of social policy the paper investigates the issues closely associated with labour mobility and protection at work in the integrated labour market of the EU.

Abstract (in Czech)

Článek analyzuje základní souvislosti makroekonomického vývoje a institucionálních aspektů sociální politiky a to v kontextu integračních tendencí posledního desetiletí a v procesu transformace. Analyzuje zejména společné a specifické rysy transformačního procesu se zřetelem na výkonnost ekonomiky a to ve vztahu k sociální politice. V oblasti sociální politiky pak zkoumá otázky bezprostředně spojené s volným pohybem pracovních sil a pracovní ochranou na integrovaném trhu práce EU.
