V originále
The present study was designed to test a possible effect of selective agonist at cannabinoid CB2 receptor - JWH 015 (JWH) on behavioural sensitization to MET. Behavioural changes were measured in the open field test. MET and combined MET+JWH pretreatments were administered for 7 days to the mice at the doses of 2.5 mg/kg/day and 5 mg/kg/ day, respectively. On the day 8 all mice were given a "challenge dose" of MET 2.5 mg/kg to check a development of sensitization phenomenon. The sensitization to MET has not been altered in the case of use of JWH in the pretreatment.
In Czech
