Pavel Křepela CY - Brno SN - 8086669025 KW - burnout syndrome KW - somatic psychotherapy-sanotherapy KW - prevention N2 - Burnout syndrome was first described in psychology by H. Freudenberger (1975). It is a condition developed due to prolonged psychosocial stress manifested by somatic as well as mental symptoms. Somatic psychotherapy-sanotherapy is used for treatment of burnout syndrome. As name suggests, it is in the first place a non-verbal psychotherapeutical method based on the fundamental idea that body plays an important role in any type of communication. At the same time this form of therapy combines non-verbal and verbal approach if it is to the benefit of the client and his therapeutical problem. ER -
