Abstract
The article presents the results of the empirical study, the aim of which was to ascertain the relationships between the contents of organizational culture identified on the different levels of analysis: the cognitive contents of organizational culture and the specific manifestations of the behaviour of the organization. The research was carried out on the sample of 54 Czech manufacturing companies.

Článek prezentuje výsledky empirického výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit vztahy mezi obsahy organizační kultury identifikovanými na různých úrovních analýzy. Výzkum byl proveden na vzorku 54 českých výrobních firem.
