Abstract
In this work a method based on NO titration which permits simultaneous measurement of N and O atom density in N2 - O2 plasma afterglow is presented. This method is based on fitting the NO* intensities for increasing NO flow by a theoretical parabolic curve and it is very sensitive especially for low O atom densities.

V této práci diskutujeme metodu založenou na NO titraci. Klasickou metodu jsme rozšířili tak, že nyni je možné pomocí jednoho měření závislosti NO beta systému na koncentraci připouštěného NO stanovit současně koncentraci atomů kyslíku i dusíku.
