Abstract
Pedmtem této publikace je pojednání o národních odlišnostech, které se projevují v organizaní struktue podnik, ve firemní kultue a v obchodních a spoleenských zvyklostech. Jednotlivé rysy národních kultur je možné porovnat pomocí kulturních dimenzí. Zde zkoumám vliv národní kultury na kulturu podnikovou v jednotlivých pobokách jedné nadnárodní spolenosti s nmeckým pvodem, spolenosti HARIBO. Pomocí kvantitativních metod výzkumu dokazuji, že národní kultura, ve které spolenost psobí, má vliv na jednání a rozhodování zamstnanc a tudíž i na podnikovou kulturu.
Abstract (in English)
The goal of this essay concerning Business and cultural differences is to analyze the cultural differences, which occur in organization structures of businesses, in business culture and in business and cultural behaviors. It is possible to compare these specific features of national cultures by means of cultural dimensions. Ive focused on the influence of national culture on a business culture in general and I use for my research the selected branches of the German international company called HARIBO. Using quantitative research methods I demonstrated, that the national culture where the company acts influences employees behaviors and decision-making and that way the business culture itself.
