Abstract
Early signs of increased sympathetic and decreased parasympathetic activity in hypertension were analysed by determination of interrelationship between baroreflex sensitivity, heart rate and blood pressure variability in young borderline hypertensives and healthy controls. Hypertensives had high variability in systolic blood pressure and low baroreflex sensitivity.
Abstract (in Czech)
Časné známky zvýšené sympatické a snížené parasympatické aktivity u mladých hypertoniků byly studovány prostřednictvím analýzy vztahů mezi baroreflexní senzitivitou, variabilitou tepových intervalů a variabilitou systolického krevního tlaku u mladých hypertoniků. U hypertenzních osob byla nalezena zvýšená variabilita krevního tlaku a snížená citlivost baroreflexu.
