Abstract
If an influence of a single factor on Poisson distributed variables is examined, the generalized linear model can be applied. In this paper the power of the test based on the deviances of corresponding basic model and its submodel is investigated. The asymptotic power of the test based on an approximation of considered test statistic is derived. Afterwards an approximation of this power function is compared with simulated power of the test based on the deviance. Simulated significance level is presented as well. In addition an example of application is included.

Pro sledování vlivu jednoho faktoru na Poissonovské proměnné můžeme využít zobecněný lineární model. V tomto článku je zkoumána síla testu založeného na deviancích odpovídajícího základního modelu a jeho submodelu. Je odvozena asymptotická síla testu založeného na aproximaci uvažované testové statistiky. Dále je aproximace této síly srovnána se simulovanou sílou testu založeného na deviance. Simulovaná hladina významnosti je také zmíněna. Navíc je uveden příklad užití získané výsledků.
