Abstract
For solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI), two types of magnetic supports were developed. The first ones included magnetic nonporous microparticles of P(HEMA-co-EDMA), the second one cobalt ferrite coated with alginic acid.The quality of isolated DNA was tested by PCR and/or RAPD.

Pro vratnou imobilizaci na tuhé fázi byly vyvinuty dva typy nosičů. První zahrnujw magnetické neporézní mikročástice na bázi P(HEMA-co-EDMA), druhý ferity kobaltu pokryté kyselinou alginovou. Kvalita izolované DNA byla testována pomocí PCR a RAPD.
