Abstract

Publikace obsahuje podrobný výklad právních dějin od nejstarších státních útvarů ve starověku až do roku 1945. Kniha je rozdělena do tří na sebe navazujících částí. V první části jsou podrobně vylíčeny právní dějiny nejstarších státních útvarů s akcentem na starověké Řecko a Řím. Druhá část je věnována západoevropským států a USA. Třetí část státům východní a jihovýchodní Evropy. Samostatně jsou zpracovány dějiny mezinárodních vztahů a vztahu státu a církve.

Abstract (in English)

Publication contain detailed description of law history from the oldest state formations in ancient world to 1945. Publication is divided into three following parts. In first part are detailed describe law history the oldest state formations with accent to Ancient Greece and Rome. Second part is devoted Western European states and USA. Third part is devoted to states in East and south-east Europe. Individually are processed history of international relates and relations between state and parish.
