Development of embryo of most cotyledonous angiosperms proceeds through a series of shape changes. Many genes are expressed during this cascade process in a highly co-ordinated manner. In the study presented here, two different T-DNA embryogenic lethal mutants of Arabidopsis thaliana were analysed at the genetic and molecular level.
