Abstract

Studie se zabývá postavením cizinců na Moravě na přelomu 18. a 19. století. Na reprezentativním příkladu francouzského abbé, který byl z důvodu odmítání přísahy francouzské republice nucen opustit svou vlast, ukazuje zákonné postavení cizinců i jejich situaci v moravském prostředí.

Abstract (in English)

This study addresses the position of foreigners in Moravia in the turn of 18th and 19th centuries. The legal position as well as their situation in the Moravian environment is shown applying the presentable example of the French abbe who was forced to leave his homeland due to his refuse of confession to the French Republic.
