Abstract |
---|
After revolution in 1989, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) became known and promising technique for both research and practice. It provided excellent spatial resolution for mitotic chromosomes as well as for interphase nuclei and high signal/noise ratio provided by fluorescence microscope. |
