Abstract
This study shows that the army transformation followed principles typical for subjective model of democratic control over army when using the terminology of S. Huntington. The transformation from the totalitarian way of army involvement in the political regime to a democratic way was similar to procedure used in Germany.

Tato studie ukazuje, že transformace armády se udála na základě principů subjektivní demokratické kontroly armády, pokud užijeme terminologii S. Huntingtona. Transformace z totalitního způsobu zapojení armády do politického režimu k demokratickému užila podobné metody jako v Německu.
