Největší problémy, které komplikují dignostiku dětské manie zahrnují široké spektrum komorbidity, zejména vzhledem přesahu do kategorie hyperkinetických poruch ( ADHD).

The most difficulties that complicate the diagnosis of pediatric manie include broad pattern of comorbidity, especially due to its overlap with hyperkinetic disorders (ADHD).
