Abstract
To calculate distribution of ionic concentrations in t-tubular system of cardiac myocytes we proposed a model described by partial differential equations. Assumption of Ca2+ binding on or adjacent to the tubular membrane led to prominent delay in propagation of concentration changes of Ca2+ within the t-tubules.

K výpočtu rozložení iontových koncentrací v tubulárním systému srdečních buněk jsme navrhli model popsaný parciálními diferenciálními rovnicemi. Model předpokládá vazbu vápníkových iontů v blízkosti membrány tubulárního systému.
