Abstract
Přehled nejvýznamnějších modelů, vhodných pro měření mikrotvrdosti tenkých vrstev. Modely jsou klasifikovány z hlediska doby vzniku i vhodnosti pro měření mechanických vlastností různých typů vrstev.

The survey of most important models for hardness measurement of thin solid films is presented. The models are divided according to time and also according to opportunity for various kinds of thin solid films.
