Abstract
Příspěvek popisuje proces tvorby metodiky, jíž by bylo možné zjišťovat klima školy z pohledu žáků a učitelů. Navrhovaná metodika se zameřuje na druhý stupeň základní školy a kombinuje skupinové rozhovory (focus groups) s flexibilní dotazníkovou metodou.
Abstract (in English)
The paper describes the development of an assessment technique which would allow us to asses school climate from the perspective of both students and teachers. The proposed method combines focus groups with a flexible questionnaire.
