Abstract

Mírná hypotermie je přínosná u těžkých poranění mozku tím, že snižuje ICP a zlepšuje výsledky léčby u pacientů s extracerebrálními hematomy. Je výhodná též peroperačně u náročných cévních neurochirurgických operací.

Abstract (in English)

Mild hypothermia is useful in severe head injury by decreasing ICP and improving outcome in patients with extracerebral hematomas. It is advantageous also perioperatively in difficult vascular neurosurgical procedures.
