Abstract
New established cell line GM7 was derived from primary culture of high-grade astrocytoma cells. This cell line was characterized using cytogenetic methods (GTG-banding, SKY) and intermediate filament protein expression (GFAP, vimentin, nestin).

Nová stabilizovaná buněčná linie GM7 byla derivována z primokultury high-grade astrocytomu. Linie byla charakterizována z hlediska karyotypu (G-pruhování, SKY) a exprese proteinů intermediárních filament (GFAP, nestin, vimentin).
