Abstract
The aim this article is to summarize our experience in operations for subclavian steal syndrome. We recommend anaesthesia with presentation of patients consciousness and mobility, and prefer transposition of arteries to prosthesis implantation. The main characteristic of this approaches is an attempt to increase safety of operation. A feasible procedure is suggested in the case of reconstruction occlusion: the axillo- axilary bypass.

Cílem článku je celkové shrnutí operací pro subclavian steal syndrome. Dáváme přednost anestezii s zachováním vigility a mobility pacienta a transpozici tepen před implantací protéz. Cílem práce je zlepšit bezpečnost operace. Při uzávěru rekonstrukce se nabízí jako jediná možná další cesta axillo-axillární bypasse.
