Abstract
U 467 zdravých osob jsme ve věku 11 - 21 let vyšetřili tep po tepu hodnoty systolického (STK) krevníhotlaku a tepových intervalů (TI), resp. srdeční frekvence v klidu 5 minut. Spektrální analýzou jsme stanovili indexy baroreflexní ciltlivosti BRS (ms/mmHg) a BRSf (mHz/mmHg).
Abstract (in English)
We recorded systolic blood pressure and pulse intervals (PI) in 467 healthy children and adolescents (11 - 21 years). Two indices of baroreflex sensitivity BRS (ms/mmHg) and BRSf (mHz/mmHg) were evaluated by means of spectral analysis. Baroreflex sensitivity expressed as BRS is age-independent and significantly correlate with PI, that increase with age. On the other hand, index BRSf is PI-independent and significantly decrease with age - better reflect age related changes of baroreflex sensitivity in children and adolescents. We estimated limits for BRS, the value of the 5th percentil is under 5 ms/mmHg that is value under which many of hypertonics are concentrated.
