Abstract

Článek je věnován tématu resistence vůči změně a resistence vůči dalšímu vzdělávání u učitelů. Autorka si všímá pojmu resitence obecně a možných zdrojů a projevů resistence na různých úrovních. Teoretickou část doplňuje o výsledky zkoumání v této oblasti.

Abstract (in English)

The contribution is focused on the topic resistance to change and resistance to professional development in teaching profession. The author describes the notion resistance, resources and expressions of the resistance at different levels. The theoretical part completes with the results of the empirical research.
