Kapitola teoreticky shrnuje specifika komunikace a řešení konfliktů ve školním prostředí, které se odehrávají v několika komunikačních rovinách (učitel - žák, učitel - rodič, učitel - učitel, učitel - vedení). Dále se zabývá způsoby otevřené komunikace a efektivního zvládání problémových situací.

The Capture is a theoretic conclusion of specifics of communication and problem solving in the school settings. Communication in the school settings usually takes place in the number of interactions (e.g. teacher and student, teacher and parents, teacher and teacher, teacher and head master). In the following, we present the ways of open communication and effective problem solving.
