Abstract
Findings confirm a small, but significant delay in rejection of the limb skin compared to the sentinel skin graft in almost half the limb transplant recipients. Skin grafts transplanted simultaneously with hind limbs can be a useful marker of rejection and by giving advanced warning of an impending rejection episode allow earlier intervention with salvage therapy.
Abstract (in Czech)
Výsledky potvrzují malý ale signifikantní zpoždění rejecke kůže končetiny v porovnání se strážným kožním štěpem u téměř poloviny příjemců. Kožní štěpy transplantovány spolu s končetinou mohou být užitečným markerem rejekce a výhodou časného varování nastupující rejekce umožňují včasnější intervenci záchrannou terapií.
