Abstract
Sentinel skin grafts delayed rejection of the limb allograts and were most successful at predicting rejection episodes between wk2-14. MMF and prednison are important components of the drug regime and higher initial doses led to prolonged drug-free survival in rats
Abstract (in Czech)
Strážný kožní štěp oddálil rejekci transplantátu končetiny a byl nejvíce úspěšný k detekci rejekčních epizod mezi 2-14 týdnem. MMF a prednison jsou důležité komponenty léčebného režimu a vyšší úvodní dávky vedou k prodlouženému přežívání krys bez medikace.
