N2 - This paper describes what it is corporate environmental and sustainability reporting, it mentions some standards in this area and also benefits of reporting for companies. Some new trends in the area of corporate reporting are presented internet and cross-media reporting, customization and standardization. We would like to pay special attention to the situation in the Czech Republic. Next we present information system, its structure, design and implementation, which should simplify the process of corporate reporting for both companies and report readers with respect to the trends mentioned before.
