This paper describes what it is corporate environmental and sustainability reporting, it mentions some standards in this area and also benefits of reporting for companies. Some new trends in the area of corporate reporting are presented internet and cross-media reporting, customization and standardization. We would like to pay special attention to the situation in the Czech Republic. Next we present information system, its structure, design and implementation, which should simplify the process of corporate reporting for both companies and report readers with respect to the trends mentioned before.

Článek popisuje co je sjednocený environmentální a trvale udržitelný reporting, uvádí standardy pro tuto oblast a také jaký užitek přináší reporting firmám. Jsou v něm presentovány nové trendy v této oblasti týkající se Internetu, multimediálního reportingu a standardizace. Je zde popsána současná situace v České republice. Dále je zde presentován informační systém s jeho strukturou a implementací, který zjednodušuje proces sjednoceného reportingu.
