We lay the foundations of a Morita theory for (non-unital) quantales. The corresponding fundamental Morita-type representation theorems are shown.

Jsou položeny základy Moritovy teorie pro obecně neunitální kvantové svazy. Zároveň jsou dokázány základní reprezentační věty Moritova typu.
