V originále
Baroreflex sensitivity was determined in a group of sportsman (9 girls, 10 boys, 13-15 years) before and after 1 year physical training (10 METs) by spectral analysis of spontaneous fluctuation of cardiac intervals and systolic blood pressure. It is concluded that cardiac intervals and systolic blood pressure , but not BRS and BRSf , remained relatively constant after 1 year in individual subjects.
