Stať je zaměřena na výzkum předsednictví Rady ministrů Evropské unie. Jejím cílem je prověřit možnosti naplnění funkcí této instituce po přijetí tzv. evropské ústavy.

This article focuses on the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the European Union. It aims to discern the different possibilities of fulfilling the Presidencys function after the adoption of the so-called European constitution.
