This model is principally based on the conspecific social conflict in male mice. In conclusion, unlike citalopram and valproate, amisulpride at the doses used did not produce antidepressant-like effects in this ethological model in mice, nor did it influence agonistic behaviour in the sense of anxiolytic effects.
