Tato přehledová práce podává přehled o preklinických farmakologických a genetických modelech depresivního onemocnění a o jejich citlivosti k různým látkám používaným v léčbě deprese.

This review summarizes preclinical pharmacological and genetic models of depression and their sensitivity to different drugs, which are used in the treatment of depressive disorders.
