Trapping of wild-living rodents. Collecting of small arthropods from rodent hair. Examination of rodent midgut content by DFM method. Testing of DFM-positive samples for the presence of borrelian DNA by PCR method.

Odchyt divoce žijících hlodavců. Sběr malých členovců ze srsti hlodavců. Vyšetření trávicího obsahu členovců metodou DFM. Testování DFM-pozitivních vzorků na přítomnost borreliové DNA pomocí metody PCR.
