Abstract
In this work, depth profiles were observed on zinc-coated sheets by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy. Obtained results were compared with LA-ICP-OES and GD-OES. Depth profiles were measured in various surrounding gases (air, helium, argon). LIBS results show better correlation with depth profiles obtained by GD-OES than using LA-ICP-OES technique.
Abstract (in Czech)
V práci byl studován hloubkový profil pozinkovaných plechů metodou spektrometrie laserem buzeného plazmatu - LIBS. Získané výsledky byly porovnány s výsledky obdrženými metodami Laserové ablace spojené s ICP-OES spektrometrií (LA-ICP-OES) a spektrometrií doutnavého výboje(GD-OES). Bylo zjištěno, z metoda LIBS poskytuje shodnější výsledky s GD-OES metodou než s LA-ICP-OES.
